SudoZen (“the App”) is a mobile puzzle game developed by Conquer Daily, committed to protecting your privacy. This policy outlines what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
We collect only the minimal data necessary to operate, improve, and provide ads in the app. We do not track you across apps or websites, and we use non-personalized advertising only.
2. Data We Collect
We collect minimal information, limited to the following:
a. Anonymous Usage Data
- Puzzle completion stats (e.g., time taken, hints used)
- App crash logs or errors (for debugging purposes)
- Device type and OS version (for compatibility)

b. Optional Profile Information
- If you choose to create a username for leaderboards or history, that name is stored locally or on our server.
No email, phone number, or personal information is required to play the game.
c. Advertising Data
We display ads in the app to support development and server costs. We have configured our app to show non-personalized ads only.
What this means:
- Ads are based on the content you’re viewing (contextual advertising), not your personal behavior or history across other apps
- We do not track your activity across other apps and websites for advertising purposes
- We do not build advertising profiles about you
- We do not collect or use your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA/Advertising ID) for ad targeting
What data is collected: Our advertising partner, Google AdMob, may collect:
- IP address – Used to estimate your general geographic location (country/city level) for contextual ad serving
- Crash logs – Non-user-related diagnostic data to improve ad SDK performance
- Performance data – App launch times and technical metrics to optimize ad delivery
This data is not linked to your identity and is not used to track you across apps or websites.
Your choices:
- iOS users: Our app does not request tracking permission because we use non-personalized ads only
- Android users: You can further limit ad data collection in Settings → Google → Ads → “Opt out of Ads Personalization”

3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to:
- Improve puzzle quality and app performance
- Track high scores and streaks (if enabled)
- Display non-personalized, contextual ads to support the app
We do not sell or share your personal data. We use Google AdMob for advertising, which collects minimal diagnostic and location data as described above, but does not track you across apps.
4. Children’s Privacy
SudoZen is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently done so, we will delete it promptly.
5. Data Retention
Anonymous gameplay data may be retained to improve puzzles and game balance. If you uninstall the app, all local data is deleted. Server data (e.g., scores, usernames) can be removed on request.
6. Your Rights
You can:
- Opt out of personalized ads via your device settings.

We take reasonable steps to protect your data. All communication with the app’s backend is encrypted using HTTPS.
