A turning point
After conversations with people experiencing suicidal thoughts, I volunteered for the National Suicide Prevention Hotline for five months. I wanted to help and learn how to better support people in crisis. What I learned: human connection saves lives. That is, genuine presence. A friend or family member having a short, meaningful conversation. Someone listening without judgment, pity, or suddenly treating you differently. Being seen as the same person you’ve always been, not as fragile or unstable. That’s often what gets people through their darkest moments.
This doesn’t mean crisis work is easy—it’s not. It’s mentally and emotionally exhausting, even draining physically at times. But the lesson for everyday life is simple: checking in on the people you care about, truly listening, being present—these small acts matter more than most of us realize.
That experience taught me the profound impact of simple actions and honest words. You can’t replace psychology experts. You can work with them indirectly in helping and supporting your people.
Why this blog exists
I see too many young adults (18-35) struggling with fundamental questions: What’s my purpose? Why do I feel this way? How do I become who I want to be? Even worse, I see people paying scammers and false prophets who promise to teach them “how to be a man” or “how to succeed,” only to leave them more confused or feeling inadequate.
This blog is different. I’m not selling you courses or quick fixes. I’m sharing what I’ve learned through observation, experience, and dealing with all kinds of people. My insights come from:
- A logical, engineer’s approach to understanding patterns
- Real conversations with hundreds of people from different backgrounds
- My own life experiences across cultures and continents
- Deep reading—from the Qur’an to Marcus Aurelius’ Meditations, from Napoleon Hill’s Think and Grow Rich to West African literature (Mariama Bâ, Hampaté Bâ, Camara Laye, Cheikh Hamidou Kane), to modern psychology (Charles Duhigg’s The Power of Habit)
I’m not a psychologist—I don’t have a degree in this. But I’ve lived it, observed it, and learned from it. Everything here comes from life, not a classroom.
What you’ll find here
I explore human behavior and how to understand it better—covering habits (their origins, effects, and how to change them), beliefs, relationships, personalities, purpose, self-worth, and manipulation (both subtle and obvious). I write about:
- Individual dynamics (friends, family, romantic relationships, professional contacts)
- Group behavior (social movements, trends, technology’s impact)
- Practical guides for identifying, avoiding, and countering harmful behavior
- Inspiration for cultivating good habits and mindsets
- Tech how-tos, tools I’ve built, and occasional rants
- It’s broad and specific at the same time—basically, I’m putting my mind out there.

My goal for you
I want you to feel enlightened and empowered. I want you to take action in bettering your life by training your mind to observe events from different angles. Most importantly, I want you to recognize your own worth and strength.I don’t want fame—fame brings unwanted attention to you and your loved ones. I want to walk around freely with my family without being examined or followed. What I want is impact. This blog offers free knowledge and honest perspectives. I make a small income through minimal ads and affiliate programs for tools I genuinely recommend—no courses, no scams, no empty promises.
If you’re a young adult trying to figure things out, you’re in the right place.
